Customer Success Developer – full-time

Sell our vision and be a change ambassador: your role as Customer Success Developer
We’ve learnt that our clients are eager for personal service instead of just buying and selling products online. We want to get bigger and better: SELECT provides a space where people come together to create new business. As a Customer Success Developer, you are constantly balancing between two main goals: growing our SELECT community of users and exploring new opportunities for new products and identifying client pain points.

As a business developer, you:
  • identify and acquire new users for our SELECT platform;
  • provide our clients with new opportunities and help them activate their business;
  • organize project set-ups, learning environments and teams to develop specific client business;
  • drive direct and responsive interaction with our clients by creating high-frequency cycles of briefing, design and review based on scrum principles.

As a user experience hero, you:
  • create an environment based on trust and openness for our clients by exploring their needs;
  • learn our clients’ expectations and identify client pain points by conducting open interviews;
  • translate individual client needs into value propositions and a vision for SELECT;
  • test ideas in a measurable and assumption-driven way.

Curious, courageous and empathic: key traits we’d like you to have. You are a great communicator who knows how to identify with other people and can proactively sell our project vision. You can easily engage others and steer controversial discussions to achieve the required results. Solving problems efficiently is part of your creative and refreshing DNA. In addition, you like to experiment and challenge traditional ideas, even under uncertainty.

Ideally, you can tick all of the following boxes:
  • Prior sales or marketing experience in a startup culture
  • The ability to conduct open-ended client interviews
  • Excellent listening skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Knowledge of how our business clients operate
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
